Options for Onboarding your Metadata and Media 🤔

Imagen offers numerous ways to ingest/onboard your content, when you want, and how you want. 

Possible Options Available for Your Archive Migration

Imagen Web Upload Probably the quickest, easiest, and most intuitive - a great option for manually migrating small archives A broken Internet connection may disrupt file uploads, which could be problematic with larger file sizes

Media Import Tools

(OneDrive)

Ideal for selecting specific files stored in your OneDrive account  The XML Import Widget and API are far more performant options when ingesting multiple Media files

(Dropbox)

Great for selecting specific files stored in your Dropbox account 

Media Import Tools

(URL)

Allows you to  import media stored on a publicly  accessible (or IP Locked) HTTP(s) server 

XML Import Widget

Import one (or many) records where media metadata is stored in XML files - perhaps with a link to ingest the Media from an HTTP(s) server Imagen XML format must be used for this Widget (check out the Mapping Files & Imagen XML schema for more information)

Imagen (API)

Ideal for almost any ingest scenario This requires an understanding of API  calls (REST/Curl etc) and might require some custom development
