Storage Costs π
Imagen gives you granular control over your storage costs, by configuring the Storage Profiles
What is a storage profile?
When a file has completed transcoding the storage service will store the renditions of your file in predefined locations, this is called a Storage Profile. Each storage profile will have an independent storage location - some of which may be geared towards performance, some availability, or cost.
The screenshot above indicates where the storage service should locate each of the storage profiles.
By selecting separate storage locations for each different Storage Profile - choosing the right options based on the frequency of access - Imagen gives you granular control over your storage costs.
